Starting with YOU

Each brief is as individual as you are. I’ll take the time to get to know you, to understand your vision for the day, and produce a beautiful set of bespoke wedding stationery designs for a truly personal touch.

Hand-drawn illustrations

The hand-drawn elements will always be the starting point, and the hero of any design I produce. In a sea of generic designs I want to ensure yours stand out!

Design aesthetic

My designs focus on free-form line and watercolour elements with a contemporary, unfussy aesthetic. If that’s your vibe, we’ll be a great match!

The Design Process

Step 1

Consultation Meeting
We’ll discuss your design brief and find the best stationery package for your needs
Step 2

Design feedback round
The opportunity to review the digital proofs of your designs, and discuss any small change for the final version
Step 3

Final design package
Your finalised set of print-ready proofs to send to your print provider. I can suggest suitable print partners if needed.

FAQ

I will supply a set of reusable design elements to be used across the elements in your chosen stationery package.
If you would like more bespoke design elements to be included - for example unique table name designs, these can be accommodated as extras.
Designs will be supplied as image files (PNG/JPEG/PDF) and/or print-ready files (PDF print)
I will need confirmed text/copy before design work starts so I can plan for pages required and accommodating your desired artwork.
For those ordering table plans, as changes often occur close to the wedding date, I will supply the design with placeholder names to be edited by yourselves once finalised.
The earlier we can begin the better!
For invitations and save the dates, ideally a minimum of 6 weeks in advance of the send date.
For on-the-day stationery, a minimum of 8 weeks in advance to allow time for design, printing and delivery in plenty of time.

Consultation calls are free! We often find this is the best way to understand what you are looking for as a couple and will be happy to provide recommendations with an indicative estimate that is specific to your brief.
Pricing very much depends on the number of original designs you would like for your wedding stationery package, and the complexity of the designs.

I charge 50% of the project fee at the first design round, and the remaining 50% on completion.
Absolutely! It’s great to get a clear sense of the style and aesthetic you are looking for.
Please be aware that out of respect for my fellow designers I will never copy another design, but if I have an idea of the vibe you like I can deliver something in the Wilde & Scribe style that will suit you.
